Return & Replacement Policy

Cellspare believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal policy.

1. Warranty Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

  1. The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
  2. The part should not be physically damaged.
  3. No any modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  4. The warranty doesn`t cover careless usage of the item ( ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misusage of voltage and other external factors )
  5. The protective film and warranty seals on LCD and touch screen should be intact, before taking off protective film and seals please check if the LCD or touch screen is working. if you remove it means you accept product and warranty void.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel product order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount of product. If you cancel product order after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following.

1. If your product has been shipped then customer has to pay the cancellation shipment courier charges.
2. If you received the product, than it will be eligible for product replacement, only in case of defect or damage found with the product. You can refer our replacement guarantee for that.
3. We not refund amount in below condition. we will issue iPoints for the similar value of the product, which a customer can later use in future purchases from our website. ( phone repaired, change my mind, not interested, technician not accept this parts, repaired phone by other way and more...)

Please Note: All Spares and accessories are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package which is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our customer care on (079) 2550-7147 we will try to solve the issue as early as possible. Please inform us within same 24 hours otherwise we cannot accept replacement or refund claim.

3. Refund policy

1. When you buy our products and in case you receive a defective* product or a product other than specified on the site you need to inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. you need to ship the item back to us within 3 working days and get it replaced within 10 working days.
2. Replacements and refunds are only applicable in case of a defective product received.
3. If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.
4. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
